Where it fits
Dangerous algae and the toxins they produce. Unsafe bacteria. Water running out of oxygen. Flooding. Long-run habitat loss. Rivers, lakes, estuaries, coasts, and the open ocean: the work starts only when the evidence can support an honest call.
